Hear how Becky Field (NHIA photography certificate graduate) was able to bridge the divide between native-born Granite Staters and our immigrant neighbors through her project Different Roots, Common Dreams. (Teti Library owns a copy of this book!)

Listen as a member of the Bhutanese community recounts their personal experience—why they had to leave their homeland, what it was like in a refugee camp, and finally what has the experience been settling in New Hampshire.

Enjoy dance and song as a young person from the New Hampshire Bhutanese community performs for us.

Sponsored by: AS Insurance, and NHIA’s Student Leadership Committee, Foundations Department and Teti Library and Special Collections.

Bhutanese tea will be served! All NHIA Community Welcome
