POETRY IN THE PARK – Coming to Victory Park on 4-27-17

Poem in Your Pocket Day
is a great way to celebrate National Poetry Month.  Join NHIA’s Teti Library in
Victory Park on Thursday, April 27th from 11am – 1pm
Stop by and read a poem supplied by
contemporary American and Canadian Poets/Poets.org,
or to read a poem of your own.
There will be a sign-up sheet in the Library prior to the event,
but poets can also jump in line that day to read.

Poetry at Gibson’s Bookstore (April 19, 2017)

The Poetry Society of New Hampshire will meet on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at Gibson’s Bookstore in Concord, NH to celebrate Poet Showcase, an anthology of works by NH Poets.  Poets are welcome to attend and read their works aloud. Eye Gallery at Teti Library hosts Climate Change exhibition

This warm weather reminds us all of how climate can change our environment.  The Eye Gallery at the Teti Library is currently hosting an exhibition of works by NHIA Students from Judy Follo’s Biology and Human Health class.  The collection includes paintings, photographs, digital illustrations, drawings, and 3-dimensional works on the causes and effects of climate change.  Several of the works are for sale, so stop by to see the show!
