Currier After Hours – Holiday Extravaganza – November 3, 2016

What better way to spend a cold, fall evening or to take a study break?  The Currier Museum of Art announces a Holiday Extravaganza including great food, music and of course, lots of Art! Currier After Hours

“Start your holiday shopping early with this special fair hosted by the Currier Museum Shop. Regional artisans not typically represented in the Shop will be here for one night only selling handmade crafts throughout the Museum. Unwind with live music by singer-songwriter Jesse Dee, sample food by Chef Joseph Sylvester of the Currier’s Winter Garden Café, enjoy holiday cocktails and a poetry reading inspired by Mount Washington by Jeffrey Zygmont. Join Lauren Sansaricq, a landscape painter working in the tradition of the Hudson River School, for a brief conversation about her process.  A cash bar and full menu are available at the Winter Garden Café. Activities are free with general admission, $5 special exhibition charge for not-yet-members to view Mount Washington: The Crown of New England.”
