Julee Holcombe to visit Photo classes at NHIA

Please join the NHIA Photography Department and Teti Library this Friday for a special artist talk led by Julee Holcombe, Associate Professor of Photography at UNH.

When: Talk – Friday, Nov 14 at noon, Refreshments at 11:30

Where: in the Adams Room, Fuller Hall

Ms. Holcombe’s photographs encompass the interpretations of courtly paintings, religious parables and modern street sensibility as she incorporates historical references within a Utopian vision. Her art investigates contemporary cultures as she reconstructs and collages interior and exterior environments from an amalgam of different original photographs, ultimately composing landscapes and portraits that mirror the classical traditions of painting.  Learn more about her work here: Julee Holcombe – UNH
