Students at work

Betsy Holmes, Director of the Teti Library and Special Collections, recently led the Fall, 2013 First Year Experience class in a creative book-making activity.  She and library staff joined class instructor Andrew Whelan, in describing the process of constructing an accordion book.  Each student was supplied with a page which they could design in their own way.  Once completed, the pages will be assembled into several accordion books that will hang vertically on display in the library and will eventually be added to the Teti Library’s Special Collections.  The Library will host a reception for the donation of these books on Monday, December 2nd, 2013 at 1:00 pm. All are welcome to attend this reception!
