The Teti Library will be closed on Sunday, September 1st and Monday, Labor Day, September 2nd. We will reopen on Tuesday and look forward to seeing all of our old NHIA friends and new ones, too!

The Massabesic Audubon Center in Auburn, NH is welcoming photographers to submit their ‘photos from the wild’ for the 7th Annual Wild NH Photo Contest & Fundraiser Auction. Works will be juried, exhibited and then donated to the silent auction fundraiser. The exhibit and silent auction open on October 1st and run through December 8th, (auction finale). Entries must be submitted no later than September 4th, 2013 and must be submitted by amateur photographers. Monday, August 26th marks the first day of classes for NHIA students! Welcome back returning students and welcome new freshmen and transfer students! We are looking forward to meeting you all and helping you answer those first-day questions! Stop by the Teti Library in Fuller Hall to say hello, check on your library account, and browse our collections!
The Lake Sunapee Region Center for the Arts welcomes artists to submit their 2-D works for a regional juried art exhibition. The show will take place at the New London Inn Gallery on Main Street in New London, NH and will run from November 1 through 30th, 2013. Artists must submit their work by email by September 15th, and works must be for sale. For additional information on the show and prospectus, visit the Center for the Arts – Lake Sunapee Region.
The Hyde Collection is currently exhibiting the works of Georgia O’Keeffe, in conjunction with the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum for a show titled: Modern Nature – Georgia O’Keeffe and Lake George.
The exhibition features over 50 paintings by O’Keeffe from 1918-1930s, painted during her visits to the Stieglitz family estate near Lake George. The Hyde Collection is located in Glens Falls, NY and offers guided tours and an outdoor Butterfly Garden. The exhibition will run through September 15th, 2013 and is made possible by the support of the Henry Luce Foundation and the National Endowment for the Arts.
