Artist and videographer, Mary Reid Kelley, explores the world of ‘live action and stop-motion’ animation with her videos at an upcoming show at the ICA.  Formally trained as a painter, Kelley uses her mastery of paint and props to play out stories of ghostly characters both from real and imagined story lines. The show will run from July 31st through October 27th. Visit the ICA here to learn more about Kelley’s inspiration and other events and exhibitions: The Institute of Contemporary Art/Boston and don’t forget the ICA is free on Thursday nights.  Call ahead to confirm your visit!
