Jessie O’Brien, self-taught pyrographer, will be giving a demonstration of her work on Saturday, June 1st in Meredith, NH at the Meredith Gallery. O’Brien will share information on her wood burning techniques, tips and tools.

On Wednesday, June 12, 2013 from 3-7 p.m., join NHWP staff, trustees, members, supporters, and SNHU MFA faculty and students, for our third annual Summer Social. Drinks, sodas, and snacks will be provided. Feel free to bring a dish or a bottle of wine to share. Come enjoy a pleasant afternoon in the garden and sunroom of our new office space, located at Ford House. Please park in the Visitor parking lot across from SNHU’s main entrance. Hope to see you! The Ava Art Gallery and Art Center Alliance for the Visual Arts in Lebanon, NH is welcoming artists to submit their works to their Annual Juried Summer Exhibition. This year’s show will be juried by Colleen Randall, Chair and Professor of Studio Art at Dartmouth College, in Hanover. 3 Juror’s awards will be given to selected artists including the Cornelia M. The Fells, an historic garden estate in Newbury, NH offers nearly 90 acres of peaceful gardens and fields for members and guests to explore. The Fells is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a preservation project of The Garden Conservancy. This weekend, the Fells opens two exhibits featuring artwork inside and out. This all new art exhibit is a creatively diverse, juried show of art and sculpture that celebrates the flora, fauna and natural designs of New Hampshire and beyond.
