NH HISTORICAL SOCIETY FEATURES EARLY ART FROM NH WOMEN ARTISTS

Home, School and Studio: Women Artists and New Hampshire opens at the NH Historical Society in Concord.  This exhibition is grouped into four segments titled, A Useful Education, Artists as Educators, The Public Sphere, and Art and Everday Life and highlights 19th and 20th century women artists of NH.  Works from artists, Margaret Mitchell, Adelaide Palmer, and Alice Cosgrove are three artists included in the show, all differing in style and media.
